Tom Stokes
Chief Executive Officer and President, hired in 1975, became CEO in April 1999, and served as President of the Consumer Packaged Goods Division prior to that. He previously held various operations positions including Vice President of Operations and Plant Manager of both our Wenatchee and Selah plants. Stokes’ prior employment was with Lamb Weston. Tom graduated from Montana State University with a BS degree in Industrial and Management Engineering.

Nancy Buck
Vice President Legal Services, joined Tree Top in 1984. Nancy previously held the position of V.P. of Human Resources and her previous employment includes positions as Trust Officer and Manager of The Trust Tax Department with the Bank of California, and law clerk in Oregon. She holds a BA in Political Science from Oregon State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon, School of Law.

Lindsay Buckner
Sr. Vice President Field Services, has been with Tree Top since 1988. Lindsay previously served as General Manager of Diamond Fruit Growers, a large fruit-packing cooperative. Lindsay holds a BS degree in Agricultural Business Management from California State Polytechnic University and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Dan Hagerty
Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing CPG has been with the company since 2004. Prior to joining Tree Top, Dan had 22 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods marketing with Nestlé, Diamond Walnut Growers of California, and A.C. Nielsen, the world’s largest market research company. Dan holds a BA in Business from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Tom Hurson
Sr. Vice President Ingredient & Foodservice Sales and President Northwest Naturals, Tree Top’s wholly owned subsidiary, and has been with Tree Top since 1984. Tom’s previous positions at Tree Top include Marketing Manager, VP Finance for Consumer Packaged Goods, VP Concentrate Products, and VP Ingredient Sales. Tom has a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Scott Washburn
Vice President Human Resources, joined Tree Top in 2004. Scott previously held the position of Director Human Resources. His previous employment includes Human Resource management and director positions within multiple industries. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Central Washington University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Gary Price
Vice President of Operations. Gary joined Tree Top as Director of Operations in May of 2007, managing the development and execution of activities supporting quality, safety, volume, and cost/profitability objectives. Gary brings extensive experience in the food processing industry, most recently with The Western Sugar Cooperative, where he was Vice President Operations for five years and had responsibilities for five factories and six distribution facilities over a four state area. He holds a BS Degree in Engineering from North Dakota State University.

Dwaine Brown
Chief Financial Officer, rejoined Tree Top’s financial leadership team in 2004 and worked as Product Manager, Director of Financial Analysis, and Controller. Dwaine is a Certified Management Accountant with 23 years experience in agricultural-based food companies, including several leadership roles with Small Planet/General Mills and Controller of Citrus Division for Ocean Spray. Dwaine has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University.
