Moroccan Cous Cous



Ingredients:

  • 2½ cups Tree Top Fresh Apple Chunks
  • 3 cups water
  • 1½ cups Cous Cous
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup dried currants
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • zest of one lemon
  • ½ tsp. granulated garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add cous cous and stir. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Combine all other ingredients and toss with cous cous.
