Gerald Kobes, Vice President, Engineering and Technical Support, is 60 years old and has been with Tree Top 27 years. Jerry began his career with Tree Top as Plant Engineer in the Selah Plant. He previously worked with Welch Foods. He graduated from the University of Washington with B.S. degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. He is a registered engineer in the State of Washington and served the City of Selah as a council member for 12 years.

Lindsay Buckner, Sr. Vice President, Field Services, is 56 years old and has been with Tree Top 18 years. Lindsay previously served as General Manager of Diamond Fruit Growers, a large fruit-packing cooperative. Lindsay holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Business Management from California State Polytechnic University and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.

Dan Hagerty, Vice President, Marketing, is 46 years old and has been with Tree Top two years. Dan has 24 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods marketing with Nestlé, Diamond Walnut Growers of California, and A.C. Nielsen, the world’s largest market research company. Dan holds a BBA degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Tom Stokes, President and Chief Executive Officer, is 56 years old and has been with Tree Top 31 years. Tom became CEO in April 1999, and served as President of the Consumer Packaged Goods Division prior to that. He previously held various operations positions including Vice President of Operations and Plant Manager of both our Wenatchee and Selah plants. Stokes’ prior employment was with Lamb Weston. Tom graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. degree in Industrial and Management Engineering.

Tom Hurson, Vice President, Ingredient Sales, is 48 years old and has been with Tree Top 22 years. Tom’s previous positions at Tree Top include Marketing Manager, V.P. Finance for Consumer Packaged Goods, and V.P. Concentrate Products. Tom has a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Bruce Eder, Sr. Vice President, Operations, is 64 years old and has worked with Tree Top 17 years. He previously held the position of Vice President, Technical Services, from 1989 until 1996. Bruce has worked 36 years in the Food Industry. Prior to Tree Top, he served in research and quality assurance roles for Libby McNeill and Libby, Hunt Wesson Foods, and Tree Sweet Products Co. He holds a B.S. degree in Food Technology from the University of Illinois and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Food Science from Michigan State University.

Berry Wright, Vice President Operations, is 59 years old and has spent 28 years with Tree Top. Berry previously held various operations positions including Director of Operations. His previous employment includes positions with the State of Washington. Berry attended the University of Washington and holds a BA in Psychology from Central Washington University.

Nancy Buck, Vice President, Human Resources, is 57 years old and has been with Tree Top 22 years. Nancy’s previous employment includes positions as Trust Officer and Manager of The Trust Tax Department with the Bank of California, and law clerk in Oregon. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Oregon State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Ed Reinhart, Vice President, Consumer Packaged Goods Sales, is 62 years old and was with Tree Top 19 years prior to his retirement shortly after the end of Fiscal 2006. His 39 years of food industry sales experience includes executive level positions at Hanover Brands and Ocean Spray. Reinhart attended the Detroit Institute of Technology and Wayne State University.

Rob Farrow, Vice President, Finance and Administration, is 50 years old and was with Tree Top ten years prior to taking a position with another firm late in Fiscal 2006. After five years in public accounting with Ernst and Young, Rob spent 20 years in food processing/marketing businesses—eight of which were with John Labatt Limited and four with Japanese-owned companies. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and holds a Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.

John Wells, Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, is 47 years old and joined Tree Top in July 2006, just before the end of Tree Top’s fiscal year. Prior to joining Tree Top, John’s experience includes 25 years in accounting and finance, beginning with eight years in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, then with food processors, Tate & Lyle, Chef America, and the Western Sugar Cooperative. He earned a BA in Accounting and Economics from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.
