Tree Top 2006 Annual Report Home
Chairman’s Letter CEO’s Letter Financial Report Board of Directors Corporate Info

To accomplish this, we realize we may need to adjust Tree Top’s business model to ensure our cooperative remains strong, competitive, and successful for the long-term. This change will likely require us to think differently about the relationship we, as grower-owners, have with our cooperative. If the demand for fresh apples remains strong, and processor crops remain small, Tree Top will have to take a very different approach to supply management and the types of contracts it has with us. In the meantime, Tree Top’s current operational plan includes strategies and actions focused specifically on optimizing sales plans, product mix, and pricing; as well as proactive cost reduction activities; and conducting a capacity review.

Your cooperative is on track to see us through these times of change. In return, Tree Top needs our continued support. I trust each of us will do the right thing—honor our contracts and deliver our tonnage. Tree Top has a long history of being the best place for your processor fruit.

Sincerely,

Bruce Allen
