Green Spring Salad
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup (6 oz.) Tree Top Frozen Apple Juice, thawed
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bunch romaine lettuce
- One 8 oz. can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well,
set aside. Wash romaine lettuce, tear, and place in a salad
bowl. Add water chestnuts, bacon and egg. Pour dressing over
salad mixture and toss until mixed. Serves 8.
