3-Bean Natural Salad Green Spring Salad German Potato Salad Cucumber Seafare Spinach Salad with Warm Apple Sauce Dressing Wilted Spinach Salad

Green Spring Salad 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup (6 oz.) Tree Top Frozen Apple Juice, thawed 1/3 cup ketchup 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 green onion, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 bunch romaine lettuce One 8 oz. can water chestnuts, thinly sliced 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well, set aside. Wash romaine lettuce, tear, and place in a salad bowl. Add water chestnuts, bacon and egg. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until mixed. Serves 8.
