3-Bean Natural Salad
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup (6 oz.) Tree Top Frozen Apple Juice, thawed
- Two 15 oz. cans green beans
- One 15 oz. can wax beans
- One 15 oz. can kidney beans
- 1 green pepper, seeded and shredded
- 1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
Mix first five ingredients together in a medium saucepan
and boil for 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a
large bowl. Pour boiled mixture over vegetables. Cover and
chill for 12 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
