Apple Asian BBQ Sauce

Delicious brushed on beef tenderloins or salmon filets. This sauce can also be used as a marinade.

Ingredients

1 cup Tree Top 100% Apple Juice
1 can French onion soup
1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root chopped
1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice seasoning

Instructions

In a medium-size saucepan on high heat, add all ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for 7 minutes until thick. Brush on meat and grill. Be sure to sear the meat on both sides. If any sauce remains after grilling, brush on top or serve on the side.

Sauce can be served on the side.
