Ingredients
- 2 cups Tree Top Honeycrisp Pure Pressed Apple Juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Tree Top No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- vegetable oil for greasing pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200ºF.
- In a medium saucepan, combine apple juice, honey, and the cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together apple sauce, eggs, and milk. Add wet ingredients to flour and stir until combined.

Remove to a platter and keep warm in oven while you cook remaining pancakes.
- Serve pancakes drizzled with apple syrup.
