Ingredients: ⅓ cup margarine (softened); ½ cup (4 oz) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice (thawed); 2 eggs; 2 cups flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; ¼ teaspoon salt; 2 tablespoon milk; 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

A fall twist to the original banana bread.

Ingredients

⅓ cup margarine softened
½ cup (4 oz) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice thawed
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon milk
3 ripe bananas mashed

Instructions

Mix margarine using an electric mixer, until smooth and soft. Very slowly add apple juice concentrate while mixing on high speed. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add alternately with milk to egg and butter mixture. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour mixture into a greased 5" x 9" loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
