Caramel & Peanut Butter Dip
A kid-pleasing combination dip. Great with apple wedges.
A fun way to eat your fruit.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup butter
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup whipping cream
- ½ cup Tree Top Apple Sauce
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- Sliced bananas for dipping
- slices Appleor chunks for dipping
Instructions
- Mix corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt. Cook over medium heat until hot. Stir in whipping cream. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Add in peanut butter and apple sauce. Stir until well blended. Cool and enjoy! Refrigerate any unused portion.
Notes
Serve with bananas and apple slices, or any other favorite fruit.
