
Glazed Carrots
A surprisingly delightful side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots peeled and sliced (6 medium size carrots)
- ¾ (6 oz) cup Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice thawed,
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Place carrots in a medium saucepan, add apple juice concentrate and butter. Place over high heat and cook until liquid has almost disappeared and carrots are caramelized. Be sure to shake the pan often during the end of cooking to prevent burning.
Notes
Serve immediately. A tasty side for almost any meal.
