Pine-Apple Ham Glaze
A wonderful glaze for your holiday ham.
- ¾ cup (6 oz.) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice thawed
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium high heat until thick and syrupy.
Brush over a baked ham during the last half hour of cooking, or brush on thick ham slices and broil until golden brown.
