
Sour Cream Muffins
Bake up a better breakfast or brunch with a quick and easy recipe for moist sour cream coffee cake muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup (2 oz) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice thawed
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Beat together egg, sour cream and apple juice concentrate in a large bowl until smooth. Sift remaining ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir until just mixed. Line a 12 muffin pan with paper liners and fill each liner ⅔ full with muffin mixture. Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes.
