Apple Cinnamon Quesadillas
A quick breakfast or serve as a desert with whipped cream. Prep time: 5 minutes.
- 2 8-inch flour tortillas
- ¼ cup Tree Top No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Spoon apple sauce onto one tortilla, distributing evenly over whole surface; sprinke with cheese. Top with other tortilla.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Spray with non-fat cooking spray to coat pan. Place assembled tortillas in hot pan, and cook about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Cut into 4 wedges.
Serve with additional apple sauce if desired.
