
Banana Apple Bread
A fall twist to the original banana bread.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup margarine softened
- ½ cup (4 oz) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice thawed
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
Instructions
- Mix margarine using an electric mixer, until smooth and soft. Very slowly add apple juice concentrate while mixing on high speed. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add alternately with milk to egg and butter mixture. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour mixture into a greased 5" x 9" loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
