
Belgian Wassail
A warm winter, holiday or party Punch!
This is our favorite wassail.
Ingredients
- 16 cups (1 gal) Tree Top Apple Cider
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ tablespoon whole allspice
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 4 cups (1 quart) cold water
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from oranges and lemons into large stockpot. Combine all other ingredients, including the orange and lemon rinds. Heat to low boil, then simmer for 1 hour. Strain, and discard rinds and spices.
Notes
Serve hot.
