Tree Top Barbecue Sauce
This BBQ sauce is amazing on BBQ ribs or your favorite meat.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¾ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¾ cup (6 oz) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice thawed
- ¼ cup chile sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon mild chile powder
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
Instructions
- Place oil in a medium size saucepan and place over medium high heat, sauté chopped onion until soft. Add remaining ingredients and cook until reduced by half.
