Apple Pancakes With Apple Syrup
Wake up with apple sweetness in homemade pancakes made with pure-pressed Honeycrisp juice.

    1. Preheat oven to 200ºF.
    2. In a medium saucepan, combine apple juice, honey, and the cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside.
    3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together apple sauce, eggs, and milk. Add wet ingredients to flour and stir until combined.
    4. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Dip a paper towel in a little oil and lightly grease the pan. Using a tablespoon, drop batter onto hot pan and cook until browned on one side, 2 minutes. Flip and brown second side, 2 minutes more. Remove to a platter and keep warm in oven while you cook remaining pancakes.
    5. Serve pancakes drizzled with apple syrup.
