Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl mix rolled oats, water and margarine and peanut butter. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cornmeal, sugar, chicken bouillon, milk, cheese, apple sauce and egg. Mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition until dough is no longer sticky. Roll out dough into ½ inch thickness; cut with cookie cutter, and place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes in preheated oven.
