Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×13 inch pan. Mix together all ingredients by hand. DO NOT USE MIXER. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool and ice with cream cheese icing. Cut into squares. For the cream cheese icing: mix powered sugar and cream cheese together with a mixer. Blend well, add vanilla. If icing is too thick, add drops of water 2-3 at a time until desired consistency. Frost cake and cut into squares.
