A delicious Holiday or any-time stuffing. This recipe is enough for one chicken, 2 Cornish hens, a duck, or a small turkey. This also goes well with pork chops.
Chef’s tip: Try corn bread, stale bagels, or Rye bread in place of regular bread. Or try those bits of dry cereal that get left in the box. These all make great “bread crumbs” as well.
