- 8 cups (64 oz) Tree Top 100% Apple Juice
- 5 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ tablespoon cloves
- ½ tablespoon cardamom pods
- 1 cedar plank
- 6 rib rack of pork loin
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chopped tarragon
