Mix all ingredients together in a 4-5 quart crock pot. Cook on high for three hours and then reduce temperature to medium; stirring occasionally. Let mixture cook in crock pot over night, 10-12 hours, until mixture is reduced in half and thickened. Ladle into 8 oz. sterilized canning jars and seal with two piece sterilized lids. Boiling water bath jars for 10 minutes; remove with tongs and let cool.
