Reduced Fat Oatmeal Cookies
A chewy and puffy cookie that’s easy to make.
    Ingredients
    • ½cup butter
    • ¾cup packed brown sugar
    • ½cup granulated sugar
    • ½cup Tree Top Apple Sauce
    • 3 egg whites
    • 1teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 ½cups all-purpose flour
    • 2teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 1teaspoon baking soda
    • ½teaspoon salt
    • 2cups oats (quick or old fashioneduncooked)
    Instructions
    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and both sugars with mixer until cramy. Add egg whites, apple sauce, vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together; add to wet ingredients; mix well. Add oats and any optional ingredients; mix well. Place by the tablespoon evenly spaced on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until light golden brown. Cool & Enjoy!
